Recurring Donations
One Gift Today, Or The Same Gift Every Month
Let supporters set a donation to repeat on the form they are already filling in, and every payment after that lands in your records on its own.

A Regular Giver Is Worth Knowing About
Someone who gives monthly decides once, not twelve times, and you can plan around that.
They Pick It On The Form
No extra form or page. They pick how often right next to the amount they’re already giving.
Every Payment Is Logged
Every payment shows up as a donation in your list, linked back to the first one that started it.
It Updates By Itself
Renewals, failures and cancellations all arrive on their own and update what you already see.
How It Behaves
How A Repeating Gift Actually Behaves
What the donor picks, how long it runs, what it leaves in your records, and what happens when a payment does not go through.

On The Form
The Donor Chooses How Often
A supporter picks how often on the form itself and the figure updates to match, reading something like twelve pounds per month until cancelled. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly are all available, and the wording always spells out what they are agreeing to before they confirm.
How Long It Runs
Open Ended, Or A Pledge With An End
A repeating gift either carries on until somebody stops it, or finishes after a number of payments you decide, anywhere from one up to a hundred. A pledge of twelve monthly payments towards a specific target ends itself on the twelfth, with no diary note needed at your end.

What It Leaves Behind
Every Payment Becomes A Record
The first payment creates a donation and every renewal after it creates another, each one linked back to the gift that started the series. Your donations list therefore holds the real history rather than a single entry, and campaign totals count every payment as it arrives.
When A Card Fails
A Decline Is Never Silent
When a renewal is declined the subscription moves to a state that says so, your team is emailed, and the supporter is told as well. Nothing is quietly dropped, and nothing counts towards a campaign until the money has genuinely been taken.

The Agreement Sits With Your Processor
Repeating gifts are held as real subscriptions inside your own Stripe or PayPal account, with the identifiers stored against the donation so the two can always be reconciled. Cancel in either place and the other reflects it.
Three Steps To Monthly Giving
Two of them happen once, and the third belongs to the donor.
Switch It On
Add the recurring option to a form and choose which intervals you want to offer.
Decide How Long
Leave it open ended, or cap it at a set number of payments for a pledge.
The Donor Picks
They choose an amount and a frequency, confirm once, and the rest runs itself.
On The Admin Side
What You See On The Admin Side
A repeating gift is not a mystery once it has started. Everything about it is on screen.

The Recurring Screen
Every Running Gift, In One List
Recurring donations have their own screen listing what is running, how often each one pays, and what state it is in. Open any of them and the original gift sits at the top with every renewal beneath it, so a two year supporter reads as a history rather than a number.

Seven Clear States
Active, paused, cancelled and the states that sit between them.

Parent And Renewals
The first gift and everything that followed, kept together.

Billing Cycle Shown
Whether it runs on, or how many payments remain on it.

Pause, Resume, Cancel
Your team can act on a subscription without the donor asking.

Processor References
The Stripe or PayPal identifier is stored on the record.
Four Rhythms To Offer
Pick the ones that suit the ask. A form can offer more than one.
Daily
Rare, but right for an emergency appeal with a short life.
Weekly
Suits a small regular amount that nobody notices leaving.
Monthly
The one most supporters expect, and the easiest to budget.
Yearly
An annual membership or a renewal that falls on the same date every year.
Moving Regular Givers
Bringing Regular Givers With You
Two things that usually stop people moving, dealt with.

Subscriptions Move Too
Migrating from GiveWP brings the repeating gifts across as well as the one-off history, so a monthly supporter is not asked to set theirs up again.

Donors Keep Control
A supporter can pause, restart, cancel or change what they give from the dashboard, which keeps those requests away from your inbox entirely.

A pledge capped at the number of payments the treatment needs.

Ongoing backing from the people who use what you make.
Things you may want to know
No, it arrives with Pro. Building the form, setting the amounts and taking one-off gifts are all free.
Stripe and PayPal both do, and a single form can offer either. The agreement itself is held inside your own account with them.
Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. You decide which of those a form offers and the donor picks from what you allow.
Yes. Cap it anywhere from a single payment up to a hundred, and the whole thing closes itself once the last one clears.
The amount alongside how often it repeats, and either that it runs until cancelled or exactly how many payments there will be.
Yes. Every payment becomes a record of its own, joined to the gift that began the series, and counted towards the campaign.
The subscription is marked accordingly, your team is notified and so is the supporter, so the lapse is visible rather than silent.
Yes. Pausing, resuming and cancelling are all available from the admin side, not only to the supporter who set it up.
Yes. The migration carries repeating gifts over with everything else, so regular givers are not asked to start again.
