Donor Management
Know Every Supporter Behind Every Gift
Every donation writes a donor record you own, with the history, tags and totals that turn a single gift into a lasting relationship.

Your Supporters Deserve More Than A Receipt
A receipt closes a transaction. A donor record keeps the person, their history and what you know about them.
One Person, One Record
Records key on the email address, so a supporter who gives four times stays one profile, not four rows.
The History Stays Attached
First gift, last gift, largest gift and lifetime total sit on the profile and update as money arrives.
Your Own Context Counts
Tags on every profile record what a database never captures, so the next conversation starts informed.
Supporters Made Visible
See The Whole Relationship, Not One Payment
Open a profile and the giving story is already assembled, from the very first donation to the tag your team added last week.

Donor profile
Every Detail About A Supporter On One Screen
The profile holds name, email, phone, company and address alongside the numbers that matter: lifetime total, donation count, largest gift, and the dates of the first and the most recent donation. Edit any of it in place, and set the record active, inactive or blocked.
Giving history
Read The Story Each Donation Tells
Every gift a supporter has ever made is listed on their profile, page by page, with an activity chart beside it. Narrow the view to a date range to see how one year compared with the last, or how somebody responded after a particular appeal went out.

Find and group
Reach The Right Supporters In Seconds
Search by name, email or phone, narrow the list to a single campaign, and bracket it by date. Sort by lifetime total, donation count or the day somebody last gave, so the people worth a call rise to the top of the list.
Records and requests
Handle Data Duties Without A Spreadsheet
Export the whole list as CSV with your filters applied, or one supporter on their own. Donation data answers WordPress export and erasure requests, and a minimum retention period you set keeps records anonymised rather than gone too early.

Your Donor List Belongs To You
Donor records sit in your own WordPress database, on your own hosting, beside the campaigns and forms that created them. No supporter list is parked on another company’s platform, and nothing stops you taking the whole file elsewhere.
How it Works
A record appears on its own with the first gift. Everything after that is you adding what you know.
A Gift Creates The Record
The first donation writes a profile from the form fields, matched on email so nobody is entered twice.
Numbers Stay Updated
Totals, counts and dates update with every donation that lands, so a profile is never out of date.
You Add What You Know
Tag a supporter, leave your team a note, or read the history before you pick up the phone to them.
Inside a profile
Everything A Supporter Record Holds
The fields, the figures, and the things your team writes down between one gift and the next.

Donor Notes
A Note Your Team Can Act On
A note is where the things that never fit a field go: what was said on a call, a condition attached to a gift, the reason somebody stopped giving. Each one carries the name of whoever wrote it and the date it was added, and any can be removed later.

Tags On Any Profile
Label supporters your own way, and carry those labels in through a CSV import.

Three Donor Statuses
Set a record to active, inactive or blocked as a relationship changes.

Bulk Actions
Change status or delete across a selection, up to two hundred donors at once.

WordPress Accounts
A Login For Every Donor, Or None
One setting decides it. Leave it off and a gift stays a gift, with no account made and no email sent. Turn it on and each new donor gets a WordPress account and a new-account email, with their record tied to that login from then on.
A Dashboard Your Supporters Sign Into
Pro adds a front-end dashboard. Donors sign in with an email link, update their details, read their history and download receipts.

Bringing people in
Arrive With Your Supporters Already Loaded
Move an existing list across, and keep every record matched to the people you already know.

Import From A CSV
Map your columns onto donor fields, tags included, preview what will land, then import batch by batch.

Migrate From Your Donation Plugin
Donor records cross over with their giving history, and Pro can also bring the supporters who never gave.
Built For Every Type Of Fundraising Organization
NGOs & Nonprofits
See who gave to last year’s appeal before you write to anybody about this year’s one.
Churches
A congregation gives all year round, so the profile matters more than any one Sunday.
Educational Institutions
Alumni giving is a long relationship, and a first gift is very rarely the largest one.
Medical Fundraisers
Families give in waves, and the history shows you who returned when the news was worst.
Animal Welfare Organizations
Regular supporters carry a shelter, and tags keep the monthly givers easy to pull up.
Creators and Developers
One list of the people backing your work, exportable the day you need it somewhere else.
Things you may want to know
In your own WordPress database, in a SureDonation table on your own hosting. Nothing is held on our servers, and the export is yours whenever you want it.
Yes. The first donation builds one out of the form fields. Because the email address is the unique key, somebody who gives again lands on the profile they already have.
No. Profiles, history, the activity chart, tags, statuses, bulk actions and CSV export are all free. Pro adds donor notes and the donor dashboard.
Not as saved segments. You narrow the list live with a search, a campaign filter and a date range, then sort by lifetime total, donation count or last gift, and tag anyone you want to find again.
Yes. Name, email, phone, company, address, status and tags are all editable on the profile itself, and the change applies from that moment on.
A record can be active, inactive or blocked. Set it on the profile itself, or select a batch of records and switch all of them together.
Yes. Download every donor as a CSV, narrowed by whatever search you have running, or pull one supporter’s file on its own from their profile.
SureDonation plugs into the built-in WordPress privacy tools, so a request reaches donation records too. Anything inside your minimum retention window is anonymised instead of removed.
Not unless you want it. One setting creates a user for every new donor and emails them; leave it off and guest giving simply stays guest giving.
Yes. Map a CSV onto the donor fields, or run the GiveWP migration. Pro reaches further and picks up supporters who exist in your old data without a single gift against them.
